Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Work Independently &manage remotely (contact center hardware and network system) reporting to the service manager
  • Drive traditional contact center metrics (customer satisfaction scores, service level management, call handling skills,email handling skills)
  • To help recruit,train and maintain quality centric contact centre agents
  • Assistin call centre agents ticket escalation and follow up with backend support where required
  • Handle and oversee the management of site operational issues such as facilities or other office/site tasks as appropriate.


  • Male
  • Max age 35 years old
  • Min 5 years of experience at a contact centre or customer service spv, in an IT helpdesk environtment.
  • Proven people management sklls
  • Exceptional customer service leadership
  • excellent written and verbal english communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends required
  • Tier 1 knowledge (setup and troubleshooting) in network and switches, and microsoft servers (active directory, exchange, hyper-v, sccm)
  • will be highly benefical.
  • Workstation support background is essential
  • Ability to learn snd research new systems for call center support is highly benefical.
