-Work to understand the unique perspective of the employees, and their wants, needs, and priorities, in order to improve their interaction with the company or organization.
-Understand and utilize performance metrics and reporting to identify improvement opportunities for organization/employee performance.
-Receive, understand and respond to Performers, Non-Performers and Difficult employee and/or departments’ inquiries related to various functions of HR Operations including but not limited to, hiring, compensation, separations, benefits, retirement, workers’ compensation, safety, and/or leave of absence.
-Collaborate with leaders to manage associate job performance by coaching, counselling, and disciplining associates, planning, monitoring, and appraising performance results.
-Development of an engagement plan that could include activities designed to build these relationships.
-Working as a representative of a company, engaging with job applicants and in the marketplace, in order to build the goodwill that attracts top talent.
-Service delivery, and budget or project management
-Organizing, including the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
-Empathy, using skills to determine what is most important to their target audience, and then working to deliver on an organizational promise
