Deskripsi Pekerjaan

1. Call members to confirm receipt of a package using the 2- Weeks Courtesy Caller script

2. In case of member has not received the package, needs to inform/forward it to the Administrative Assistant immediately

3. Re-inform the Accor Plus membership benefit if required and the conditions of the Certificates

4. Prompt usage of the card

5. Guide members to log in to the account and book a room

Persyaratan

1. Male or Female, max. 30 years old

2. Min. Senior High School/Diploma/Bachelor in any discipline. Fresh graduates are welcome.

3. Having patience and have customer-oriented is a point plus. 4. Have good communication skills

5. Able to operate a computer, e-mail, Basic Ms. Office (Words dan Excel), and Google Drive

6. Able to work in a team and willing to learn new things
