Proactively provide technical solutions required by the customer, collect complete data customer needs, and recommend solutions that can provide maximum value to the customer and the company.
Securing the input of all stakeholders necessary solutions in enterprise customer. Adaptation solution, if necessary, to ensure proper support
Coordinate closely with internal sales, sales support, and other resources services to customize the design of solutions to customer business needs.
Securing of customer technical staff commitment necessary to ensure the technical agreement
Meet the targets set for profitable sales growth within the specified product type, market area, channel, or the team supported.
Provide training and professional development for the team and sales team members in order to increase their knowledge about products, technical acumen, technical and sales skills.
Have the ability to pursue additional business development opportunities in the enterprise customer. In cooperation with sales to ensure these opportunities can be covered and can be followed up effectively.
Monitor customer support for the proposed technical solutions throughout the sales process, and provide alerts to sales and account teams regarding the potential risks associated with the agreement.
Age 25-33 Years old.
S1 Degree, majoring in Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Information Technology with minimum GPA 3.00
At least 3-4 years in technical experience or 2 year experience in pre-sales service.
Solid skillset and knowledge in Microsoft Windows Solution (Active Directory, Exchange, Lync, System Center, SQL, SharePoint, Virtualization, Azure, Office365, etc.)
Certified on Microsoft Windows Solution
Willing to learn, aggressive
Can work independently and in team work. Able to work under pressure
Be Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized
Excellent communication, interpersonal, presententation skill and negotiation skills
Senior System Engineer with similar experience and skillset will be considered
