Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Hands-on all phases of the skincare formula and decorative product development and product innovation for all brands under Royal Pesona Indonesia
- Collaborate closely with the manufacture to ensure the deliverables of product sample and product packaging
- Responsible for internal communication with cross-functional partners as it relates to product briefs, formula feedback, copy and claims, artwork, and regulatory deliverables
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely product launches, managing risks and understanding tradeoffs along the development process while delivering products with the highest standards for quality and performance

Persyaratan
- Have min. 3 years of experience in handling end to end beauty product development
- Preferably a graduate from Chemical Engineering major
- Creative, have a good communication skill and critical thinking
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects through strong prioritization and planning
- Inclusive, courageous, discerning, curious, and devoted the the customer
