Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Memiliki strategi untuk merencanakan / mengembangkan  dan mengelola operasional layanan contact center secara keseluruhan dengan baik.
  • Melakukan monitoring pencapaian target KPI operasional contact center (SLA, AHT, Abandon, dll).
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk melacak, mengukur dan melaporkan keseluruhan performance serta produktivitas karyawan contact center.
  • Memahami fungsi dan tanggung jawab WFM / RTFM / QA dan Forcasting.

Persyaratan

  • Memiliki Pengalaman kerja sebagai Manager Contact Center / Manager Call Center / Manager Customer Care minimal 1 tahun, atau
  • Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Asistance Manager / Supervisor Contact Center / Call Center / Customer Care minimal 2 tahun.
  • Memiliki kemampuan Kepemimpinan yang baik untuk membimbing, melatih dan memotivasi team contact center dengan baik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang kuat.
  • Memiliki pengalaman handle layanan contact center Digital dan non Digital.
  • Memiliki pengalaman handle team contact center minimal 100 orang karyawan.
  • Memahami binis E-Commerce & Market Place (Shopping Online dan Travel Agent Online)
  • Bersedia Penempatan Kerja di SEMARANG - JAWA TENGAH.
