OVERVIEW

LandX is an equity crowdfunding platform licensed and supervised by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK), where a large number of people can participate in fundraising for business development carried out by Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and startups, and get shares in return.

By offering equity crowdfunding, businesses can get fresh funds to carry out business development and finance operations, as well as increase awareness of their businesses.

The fundraising process can be carried out without burdening the company's cash flow because it is not through debt (debt-based) but through stock offerings (equity-based), so the company does not have to pay interest and principal of the loan.

Most of the companies listed on LandX have underlying assets, their properties, to minimize the risk of loss if the company's performance does not match projections.

We're aiming to help grow Indonesian economy as well as increasing financial literacy of Indonesian investors through safe and profitable investment.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our marketing campaigns across all channels. You’ll be leading our SEO/SEO expert, graphic designers, and content creators.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including social media advertising, display advertising campaigns, and email marketing.
  2. Plan and lead SEO/SEM, marketing database, and social media campaigns.
  3. Develop content tailored to a company’s objectives and target audience
  4. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  5. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  6. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  7. Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  8. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  9. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  10. Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  11. Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  12. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Persyaratan

  1. Proven working experience in digital marketing
  2. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media campaigns, social media advertising, and display advertising campaigns
  3. Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  4. Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  5. Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  6. Solid knowledge of marketing and website analytics tools
  7. Working knowledge of programmatic ads
  8. Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  9. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  10. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
