Job Description

  • Oversee the operations of the organization to meet business goals and projections
  • Collaborate closely with the chief executive officer and produce reports on company operations
  • Empower the operational team with the leadership and resources they need to successfully complete operations initiatives
  • Partner with other C-level executives to accomplish short and long-term operational goals. Create reports for the CEO. Assist CEO with fundraising. Assist CFO with financial projections.
  • Oversee the work of executives from various departments (IT, Sales, Finance, Marketing).
  • Measure and report on operational performance and develop plans to improve relevant key performance indicators.
  • Design and implement business operations strategies, plans, and procedures.
  • Oversee operations of the company.
  • Establish policies that promote company vision and culture.
  • Set performance and growth goals.
  • Encourage employees to optimize performance. Evaluate employee performance by analyzing and interpreting metrics and data.
  • Participate in activities that will result in expansion (investments, corporate alliances, acquisitions).
  • Manage relationships with strategic partners, affiliates, and all relat third parties.
  • Work with the human resources department to develop and implement staffing programs to attract the best applicants and improve employee retention.
  • Collaborate with the CEO on long-term plans for company growth.
  • Act as a mentor to all employees. Motivate staff to meet organizational goals.
  • Control company costs. Monitor invoices, accounting, bank processes, and money-handling procedures. Prepare financial performance reports.
  • Oversee marketing initiatives. Delegate responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience:
  • A bachelor's degree in related field, with relevant experience with a strong portfolio
  • Strong skill and proven track record in Brand Building and Channel marketing strategy
  • Familiarity with the operational procedures at all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset that translates into leadership skills
  • Ability to inspire employees to live up to their potential and optimize their productivity
  • Experience in Consumer-based/end user-based, big data digital platform, digital marketing, events, customer-oriented industry, will be preferred
  • Ability to communicate vision to board of directors, other C-level officers and company employees. Understanding of business functions such as finance, HR, and marketing. Proven experience in strategic planning and business development
  • Hold 15 years of industry experience in leadership position and management. Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or relevant role.
  • Strong decision-making and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent written, oral, and client-facing communication skills. Experience in public speaking. Proven organizational and leadership skills.
  • Proven experience with successfully managing complex budgets. Working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
  • Working knowledge of IT and business infrastructure. Comfortable using MS Office suite.
  • Experience with fundraising would be an advantage.
  • Have passion and creativity &High ability in strategic planning and strong organisation building skill
  • Have strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Professional written and spoken English & Bahasa & possess impeccable communication skill and strong management capability
  • Preferred if have experienced in ecommerce or marketplace related businesses
  • Must have a high level of emotional intelligence to include: demonstrating empathy, benefitting from criticism, keeping commitments, being quick to apologize, and taking the time to pause.
  • Self-starter comfortable with figuring things out as you go and comfortable with ambiguity, but confident to lead.
  • Resilience and Optimism with a “can do “ attitude to both obstacles and opportunities.
