Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Handling general administration for HR needs
  • Handling employee attendance record and leave record
  • Handling recruitment process
  • Preparing new employee needs
  • Responsible to get quotations from vendors related to HR needs and company needs also work closely with company vendors for any issues
  • Procurement and inventory control of office equipment; wifi, office laptop, etc
  • Need to understand withholding taxes and inform to all suppliers
  • Back up team for business trip arrangement; booking hotel and buy air tickets
  • Responsible to distribute and get review of company’s legal documents to company lawyer such as lease agreement, HGB, TDP, SITU, SIUP, NPWP, IMB, IUI, etc (all property business unit), notary deeds, etc
  • Responsible for expatriates documents according to government regulations

Persyaratan

  • Bachelor Degree of Law more preferred
  • Have experience reviewing contracts
  • Good communication English and Bahasa
  • Experience as HR Generalist for at least 3 years
  • Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
  • Time-management abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good logical thinking skills
  • Has high discipline
