Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Exploring new business leads (by segment, industry, etc.) as well as maintaining existing customers.
  • Perform product overview/presentation towards prospected customers.
  • Achieving sales targets & KPI upon agreed numbers & timeline.
  • Coordinating sales activity with team members and other departments
  • Analyzing the territory/market’s potential, current trends as well as providing solutions that can align with customers’ needs.
  • Providing on-time & concise sales reports for sales coordinator & management.


  • 4-5 years of relevant sales experience in industrial hardware such as: barcode, inudstrial scanner, rugged computer handheld and printer, or Software Industry, preferable: Education Technology, Financial Technology, E-Commerce or E-Marketplace,
  • Possess extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams
  • Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership and team building skills
