Job Descriptions and Responsibilities :

  • Identifying technical problems and the solutions at the customer
  • Conduct regular visits related to technical support at the customer
  • Coordinate with the sales team for technical issues in the customer
  • Conduct product demos / trials at the customer
  • Responsible for all technical problems
  • Perform technical and product presentations at the customer



  • Having experience in the same position is preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • max. 27 years old
  • Understand networking and its troubleshooting
  • Understand Linux OS and its troubleshooting
  • SMA / SMK Teknik Komputer / Jaringan / IT / Aplikasi
  • Having motorcycle and driving license
