Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Maintain aktivitas operasional call center secara periodik agar sesuai SOP.
  • Memberikan arahan dan bantuan pada agent call center dalam menangani keluhan(sikap layanan).
  • Melakukan coaching dan counseling sebagai upaya peningkatan dan pengetahuan performance.
  • Mengusulkan pengembangan karir bawahan berdasarkan penilaian kerja.
  • Melakukan tindakan preventif dan korektif terhadap permasalahan layanan yang timbul.

Persyaratan

  • Min D3 semua jurusan
  • IPK Min 2,75
  • Memiliki pengalaman sebagai  Team Leader/SPV call center  selama 1 tahun.
  • Memiliki komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
  • Memiliki jiwa leadership untuk supervisi bawahan
  • Bisa Berkomunikasi menggunakan bahas inggris dengan baik
  • Mengeerti proses penilaian kualitas pelayanan (QA), Proses pembuatan laporan, dan proses forecast man power (WFM/RTFM)
  • Penempatan Semarang - Jawa Tengah
