Responsibilities :

  • Answer all inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate event details with clients once the contract is signed.
  • Manage clients’ deliverables pre-event, on-site, and post-event.
  • Work and interact with all event vendors for event setup.
  • Work with each operations team on all event preparation.
  • Proven experience as an events planner or organizer

  • Female
  • Diploma / Bachelor degree in any major from reputable institution.
  • Having experience as a Wedding/events planner or organizer will be an advantage
  • Fresh graduate candidates with demonstrated interest in event organizer will be considered.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, plus other language preferred
  • Excellent time management, possess an outgoing personality, ability to approach all individuals and strike up conversations
  • Must be willing to work outside standard business hours - evenings and weekends as necessary and can handle high stress level.
  • Passionate to learn, self motivated, and good team player
  • Willing to work with flexible schedule; evening & weekend hours required for holding client meetings and working events
  • Willing to be place at Denpasar (Bali)
