Planning, applying, and evaluating the human resources through training program both hardskills and softskills, such as product knowledge, new system, sales marketing, grooming, as well as train the trainer for staff, supervisor, and manager.
Administrating all training programs driven by both trainer or vendor/third party.
Composing or adjusting training modul for the company use based on the TNA (Training Need Analysis).
Developing & updating training method/ approach effectively.
Reporting all the training & developing program to Director, Regional Manager, Store Manager, & Pharmacist (monthly training report & specific training in store, factory, & head office).
Reviewing the knowledge & skills of the sales through sales certification, online test, basic sales training & advance sales training.
Composing, distributing, and communicating the monthly training calendar & daily motivation words for sales.
Female, maximum age 35 years old.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Psychology/ HR Management/ Marketing/ Communication with minimum GPA 3.00.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field, especially in the Retail Business.
Able to do Training Need Analysis & Training Development.
Have good presentation skill.
Creative, proactive, excellent communication skill.
Having strong analytical thinking.
Have good understanding about selling skill & service excellent.
