Deskripsi Pekerjaan

The IT Staff is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovati on within the infrastructure. S/he also ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values.



  • Manage network system for good performance and stability for any machines in the
  • organization.
  • Perform regular network monitoring, verify the integrity and availability including firewall, routers, switches, other network devices.
  • Install, update, and patch network devices with industry best practice standard. 


  • Install new / rebuild existing servers, desktop and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with standards and project/operational requirements.
  • Manage and maintain all servers including but not limited to Domain Controllers, File Servers, Print Servers, check and resolve problem on system with event log or other.
  • Administer and support server operating systems and related infrastructure services, such as Active Directory, File/Print, DNS, Terminal Services, Antivirus, etc.
  • Maintain and support system management products for technical defect, security patches, security hardening.


  • Advice and monitor the users on the new and current IT system and applications
  • Manage user account and permission for access email, domain, shared folder and internal website. 
  • Research for IT and technology-related issues. 
  • Perform daily backup operations and DRP Activity, ensure all required file systems and system data are successfully backed up to the appropriate media, recovery tapes or disks are created, and media is recycled and sent off site as necessary.
  • Work closely with users, provide support per request from various user. Investigate and troubleshoot issues.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in IT support function.
  • Experience in system administrative task in LAN/WAN network environment, Windows System backup & Recovery.
  • Highly Responsible, reliable and self-Managed.
  • A team player with a positive and dynamic personality.


  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to prioritize task
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), and design software.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
  • Willingness to sometimes work unsociable hours
  • Enthusiasm for continual learning
