Sales Admin Team Leader
- Delegate task to team member and keep track of sales goals.
- Make sure Purchase, Inventory and Sales Flow keep in track.
- Provide Sales Reports and Inventory Reports to Principles and Distributors.
- Process and submit claim Rebate/Price Protection Program and monitoring program payment.
- Provide sales report for sales claim commision.
- Provide sales reports for analyzing data.
- Make presentation with ppt for quarterly review.
- Female, Single, max 30 Years of Age
- D3 from any field with IPK > 3.0
- 2 Years experience in administration and 1-2 years supervisory experience may be required.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of sales & purchasing flow, sales & inventory reporting, analyze data, secretarial and filing system.
- Exhibits ability to use Microsoft Excel (func. Vlookup/Hlookup, Pivot Table & other basic function), Word, Outlook, & Power Point.
- Professional effective verbal & written communication skill.
- Detailed oriented & possessed strong math skill.
- Able to speak & write in English
