Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Open for Staff to Manager level (depends on candidate previous experiences)

Responsibilities:

  1. Working in a team of HRGA department with coordination to other related departments (legal, IT, management, etc)
  2. Handling all HRGA tasks such as company regulation (PP), employee payroll, employee attendance, compensation & benefit, employee contract, etc.
  3. Maintain coordination and report to Japanese manager (expatriate)

Persyaratan

  1. Experienced as HRGA in Japanese company for more than 2 years
  2. Great communication skill in English for both written and spoken
  3. Experienced in handling expatriate documents administration (KITAS, IMTA, etc)
  4. Having knowledge of Indonesian labor/manpower legal issues
  5. Understand about income tax calculation (Pph 21)
  6. Ready to be placed in Jakarta or Bekasi (Cikarang, Cibitung, Jababeka) or Karawang area
