Tugas Dan Tanggung Jawab :

  • Bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan pelayanan pekerjaan  sesuai dengan SOP perusahaan
  • Melakukan pengamatan secara Real Time di lokasi pekerjaan
  • Membuat Report Harian,Mingguan & Bulanan
  • Mengikuti sertifikasi/penilaian yang di selenggarakan oleh pengelola pelayanan

Persyaratan

Kualifikasi :

  • Pendidikan Min D3/S1
  • Usia Maksimal 35 tahun
  • Ipk Min 2,75
  • Memiliki Pengalaman QA Call Center Min 1 Tahun (Pengalaman di bidang Call Center Perbankan lebih di utamakan)
  • Lebih Disukai memnguasai Bahasa Inggris (Lisan dan Tulisan)
  • Menguasai Ms Office & Ms Windows
  • Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem Shift
  • Bersedia di tempatkan di seluruh area Jabodetabek
