Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Manage the performance of call center team and ensure they consustently achieve their target
  • Lead, motivate and evaluate a team of operators
  • Make team reports
  • Organize and manage call center team, operational capacity planning (shifts process, attendance)
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of call season and recording. Provide feedback to the operators in purpose of collection team performance
  • Ensure effective functioning of collections process in working with the system
  • Hard Worker and Highly Motivated
  • Good at using computer, internet, social media, and communication online ( WA, Line, etc )


  • Maximum 35 years old
  • Experience call canter/ telesales/ telemarketing min 2 years
  • Experience in handling team / team management min 2 years
  • Experience handle team +/- 30 people
  • Excelent communication and personal skills
  • Good interpersonal skills and fast learner
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Good presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Good data entry and typing skills
  • Willing to work on shift, including on weekends and public holidays
  • Strong interpersonal skills in order to work in a diverse, dynamic and fast paced enviroment
