Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Monitoring Real time operasional semua layanan yang ada di operasional call center dalam menangani traffic call
  • Melakukan pengecekan attendance, adherence dan menemukan ketidaksesuaian setiap agent call center
  • Menjalankan action plan/recovery plan saat terjadi peningkatan call
  • Membaca & menginterpretasikan kondisi real time dari reporting tools per interval
  • Membantu pencapaian target service level baik itu per interval maupun per daily

Persyaratan

  •     Max 30 TAhun
  •     Min D3 semua jurusan
  •     IPK Min 2,75
  •     Min pengalaman sebagai call center selama 2 tahun
  •     Memiliki komunikasi dan interpersonal yang baik
  •     Bersedia bekerja shifting
  •     Mempunyai ketrampilan menggunakan aplikasi komputer
  •     Penempatan Semarang
