Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  1. To demonstrate professional attitude, behaviour and relationship with colleague, students and parents in line with the school motto: Giving, Compassion and Self-Control.
  2. To keep confidentiality of the students’ data in line with the school guideline.

Administrative Matters

  1. To assist all administrative matters both academic and non-academic tasks, such as filing; preparing and distributing letters to students, parents, teachers, and other related parties.
  2. To assist distributing school forms, school uniforms, books, etc. to students or other related parties.
  3. To assist payments from students/ parents.
  4. To assist all front desk info for parents, teachers and other related parties as well as other front desk tasks.

To assist collating order forms from related staffs to be submitted to GA (General Affair) as well as recording ingoing and outgoing of school equipment.


To prepare and file below reports on regular basis:

  1. Students’ data update (including numbers of students) both for internal use and government reports.
  2. To assist with students ID data and pass
  3. File all monthly reports of academic and non-academic matters
  4. File all semester and annual report of academic and non-academic matters


  1. To collate students’ attendance lists and to take necessary actions when needed and when required.
  2. To attend necessary meeting, to participate in school activities and other related matters as per requirement.


  1. In charge of filing all students semester and annual academic and non-academic report with the acknowledgement of the Principal
  2. In charge of distributing all out coming letters from school to related parties and filing all in coming letters/ documents from other parties In charge of sending and filing all reports to government (Diknas) on a regular basis


  • Diploma degree (any major)
  • Good looking
