  1. Provide administrative support to ensure an effective and efficient operation
  2. Manage calendar, arrange business meeting and daily appointments
  3. Handle business correspondence drafting, internal reports and numerical data analyzing
  4. Ensure proper personal filing and other ad-hoc duties as assigned



  1. At least 4 years experiences in the related field is required for this position, secretary / administrative support / customer service or equivalent
  2. English speaking and writing is a must
  3. Must have good communication skills and interpersonal skills
  4. Service-oriented and result-driven
