Deskripsi Pekerjaan

  • Provide a full range of confidential personal assistance to the traders and responsible for the execution of secretarial duties, management and organisation of Managing Partners office
  • Compose and prepare correspondences, reports, memorandums
  • Maintan stritct confidentiality and interact professionally with all levels of management, staff and business associates
  • Maintain good filling system for smooth data retrieving
  • Arrange meetings/ conference, prepare presentations and other related tasks
  • Make travel arrangements for related local and overseas trips.
  • Convey, coordinate, supervise, pursue, and follow up on the instructions by the Traders to the respective staff
  • Liaisons with internal departments, subsidiaries, bankers, lawyers and government offices
  • Able to do multi task, prioritize work and meet tight schedules

Persyaratan

  • Maximum age 30 years old
  • No experience needed
  • D3 all major
  • have experience minimal 1 years in the same field
  • Proficient with microsoft office application
  • Excellent command both written and spoken English
  • Able to work under pressure, highly self motivated & initiative and have high pace
  • Fluent in English (oral & written)
